| If I fail to login as the system administrator (or other user), it doesn't show up in the system event log. (or am I missing it somehow?).Where does SQL log the login failure? |

| Its in the SQL log, but only if you have "Log failed logins" turned on [you can log "Successful Logins" too if you like)Kristen |

| Yup (or All) ... if its a web server then our solution was to move SQL to a non-standard port. Havn't had any failed SA logins since.Kristen |
