Does anyone know where to find a comprehensive step by step build document for clustering SQL2000 on win2k3

I can't find the exact document you are looking for, but here goes. The only difference between Windows 2000 clustering and Windows 2003 clustering that I've found is how you deal with MSDTC. Read the last link for how to deal with that. Other than that, you should be able to follow the instructions from SQL Server Performance.com
