| I implement maintenance jobs to backup my database files on sql 2000 server. The backups is backup correctly but old bak files aré not deleted. Someone can help? |

| Are you using Transaction Log Backups in the maintenance plan, but have some databases [in the plan] with a Recovery model set to SIMPLE? That causes he Maintenance Plan to crap out when it gets to deleting the BAK files for the TLog backups IME. Kristen |
