Well, identifying the actual problem would be the first step, and hey, you might just find it in the setup log file.

Delete the file c:\windows\aqlstp.log. Then, you won't have the error anymore.

Hi,
As suggested by robvolk , have you look into the * sqlstp.log * ? it will show you error which cause failure of your installation .
