Will there be a problem if I install SQL2000 Standard on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server?

I have run in this configuration many times. It works great. Of course, there isn't much detail here in your question. For a more detailed answer, you might want to give more details about your setup (clustering, storage, hardware, replication, etc.)

Thanks for the response, There is no Clustering involved but the server is SAN attached.
