You can try either SA-FileUp or ASPUpload:

[url]www.aspupload.com[/url]

Both of these components can upload the .csv or .xls file as a BLOB into the database. However, they won't import the columns of data in these files into the corresponding table columns in your database. To do that, I suggest using BCP on the .csv file or converting the .xls file to a tab-delimited file.

BCP can't read CSV files with quote-escaped fields. Bizarrely, DTS can.
