i have a problem that i want to solver, but somehow im not able to answer the question.
what do you do when you don't even know how to ask the question to solve the problem?

If you can't find a way to ask a question, then the best alternative is to post sample data and the expected result set that you want after the query has run on the sample data. This will help illustrate your problem.
