CONVERT function gives you some limited formatting capabilities on datetime fields... If none of the predefined formats meet your needs, you can use CONVERT in conjunction with SUBSTRING and/or REPLACE functions to piece together the time string the way you want it... Personally, I'd prefer to do this on the client side, rather than in SQL.
