Hi Gurus,

I need to create a performance baseline for my company's SQL Server based on Performance Monitor counters.
What counters should I measure, and which ones are most important?

And One More Question

In our production server some times says the log file has full.

How can we solve the problem..?
is it possible to clear the log file..?
is any memory size allocated for the log files..?
Please give me the sugession
