Has anyone heard of or have any experience with EVault InfoStage apart from what is on their website http://www.evault.com/Software_Products/InfoStage.asp. It's been installed on my server without my knowledge or consent (using that icon as we don't have one for apoplexy). We are to be having a discussion on the matter in a day or two, anyone got any good questions that I can ask? (none that might be considered personally insulting please)thankssteve-----------Don't worry head. The computer will do all the thinking from now on. |

Hmm I take it that the lack of response means that no-one knows anything about it then! Hmm, not encouraging.steve-----------Don't worry head. The computer will do all the thinking from now on. |

Our ISP uses something whic is probably similar to that. Each server has an additional network card (for a network that is only used for backup traffic), and the whole machine gets backed up in a very efficient manner. I think its Veritas Netbackup.I wonder how big their tape stuff is - its a very big datacentre!Kristen |
