Hi,
I don't get it, do you mean:

Configure a SQL server to run in a domain? or configure a sql server to run locally on a box that face the public network? along with IIS and ASP.net on the box?

I guess what siva means is to host His web app on His remote web host server and setup the remote DB to work with His app ???

if this is the case, ask your host for the MS SQL config.

or setup the client network utility and register the remote server in EM
