I know that Microsoft was planning to shelve oSQL for sqlcmd. I'm running a handheld device with Windows CE 5.0 Professional and SQL CE Server 3.0. Does anyone know if there is a command line utility like oSQL or sqlcmd bundled with CE Server 3.0? I couldn't get much information from Microsoft's knowledgbase, or perhaps, wasn't searching on the right keywords. Anyone?

Well, I read it while looking at Microsoft's knowledgebase.http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms162806.aspx"Important: This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use the feature. Use sqlcmd instead."In any event, when I try to run osql I get nothing. (I do get the DOS prompt when trying to run sqlcmd.) Which I thought was odd.

Well, I guess I'm not... anymore. My boss took a look at what I've dug up and decided we'll write our own stuff. So, I guess it no longer matters. He was not pleased with the candidate release for SQL Everywhere or SQL Mobile... AND... didn't like the fact that I spent half the day trying to figure this out, only to learn that Microsoft is ending support for oSQL anyway. But, thanks for trying to help!
