Pentium 4 ---CPU 3.06 GHz
RAM 512 MB
video card Geforce FX 5500 256 MB
so why i cant install it ?? "

What OS is it?
How much disk space?

You can only install Enterprise Edition on Server OS.

Also 512MB is quite low for Enterprise applications.
