Maybe in case the files needed moving?I think if there is a problem with the database a drop aborted more quickly than a restore.Think it was something added to solve a problem.No reason not to take that bit out if it's not needed though.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
