hi all, this is my first post here in this forum , hope to find help.

I need a way to force sql server to make backup of my database every specific period (every weak for example).

You can schedule your backups to occur at specific intervals using EM or through T-SQL. See BOL for details on how to do it.

Hi... welcome to the forum. There are many ways to do this

these are few

(a) Create a maintenence plan and define all the backup and all other stuff there schedule it to run weekly
(b) Create a Job which is scheduled to run in every week and in the setp include the backup script.
