Hi,

I am having problem with tempdb size, it grows and occupies whole disk. I have migrated from SQl server 2000 to SQL server 2005.

Have anybody faced similar problem? and what could be the solution.

Which operations are causing this? Did you do any processing which heavily uses temporary tables?

Hi Harsh,

We are using Microsoft reporting service,When we try to view report, the size of tempdb increases after few trials. yea one Stored procedure has some temp tables but the size of tempdb overshoots before that sp is executed.

Thanks,
Hrishikesh
