Hi there,

I am writing an application that reads in csv file with foreign characters and would like to save it in SQL 2000 server. I managed to do so but the foreign character turn out to be ??????. however, I can read those characters in the csv file with MS-EXCEL. Does anyone know how to overcome this?

What is the datatype of column in the table? Use unicode-compliant data types like nchar, nvarchar or ntext.
