                                            | I'm getting this message when I import the trace file...but it does have this column...any ideas?"The EventClass column was not found in this trace file.Processing cannot continue without the EventClass.Done." | |

                                          | Unfortunately, the trace files contains secure data, so I'll try and recreate the same problem with something else. The trace doesn't have to be recorded on the workstation with ClearTrace installed, does it? |

                                          | I am getting the same error message as mentioned above. I ran the trace with SQL 2005 Profiler accessing a SQL 2000 database. I am running ClearTrace on a computer with SQL 2005 installed. I have checked the trace file and the EventClass column is included, as is every column available. Any ideas? Thanks. |

                                          | I had the same error. I found out the trace file had grouping enabled. After removing the grouping settings, it imported OK. |
