Dear Sir or Madam

I have a problem related to select query.I have the follwing record:

Name Sex
1-Seyha M
2-Chan F
3-sitha M
4-cheta M

I want to use select query to retrive Name start with small letter 's'
but it always show both 's' and 'S'

select * from table1 where Name='%s%'

SQL server uses a case insensitive collation by default.
