I want to monitor updates on a certain table using an alert. When the table gets updated (any update), the alert will trigger a job. Btw, I'm not allowed to add a trigger on the table, hence my idea to use an alert. Somehow I think I should use a WMI event alert, but I'm not sure which server event I should choose. In fact I'm not even sure I shóuld use a WMI event alert. |
