| how would i update identity property.i mean i declared property as identity (1,2).after 10 inserts i want change it as (11,2) is it possible r not? if yes give replay. give replay as early as possible.plz replay to rams_spl2002@yahoo.co.inrams |

| I don't know what exactly you want? In your first post, you told you want to change identity property from (1,2) to (11,2). Now you are saying it should be changed from (1,1) to (1,2).If you want to change the increment value as per your last post, there is no easy way out in SQL 2000 although you can do it in SQL 2005 using simple ALTER TABLE statement.Harsh AthalyeIndia."The IMPOSSIBLE is often UNTRIED" |
