hi all, i need someone to break this down for me, what it means, what each part does. thank you in advance, i would b lost without forums. :-)

It means that you are in the wrong forums; this is a Microsoft SQL Server forum. Is that MySQL and/or PHP? You should find a website or forums dedicated to those technologies.

It might be ... I have no idea to be honest. I haven't touched PERL in about 9 years and I've never used PHP ...
