| Hello, I am developing in C# and Oracle. I am trying to insert into a table and it keeps giving me an error that the column width is set at 20 characters. The width is however set to 3000 characters. I have things in the table that are way above 20 characters already. The table was imported from excel. Can someone please tell me what I can do? right now its VARCHAR2(3000 char) before I tried VARCHAR@(3000 bytes)thanks, |

| hey i fixed the error... apparently my columns sizes are not being automatically generated properly so it was taking the sizes of other columns. So if anyone has the same problem just change all the columns to a much larger size to easily get around the error. |
