If I want a particular command to be executed daily at 8 PM than what should I do? Is it possible?

Er... as your question title says - schedule a job

Check Books Online for the SQL Server Agent (this manages the job schedules & execution) and, well, scheduling a job. If you want to get right on in there - go to Management -> SQL Server Agent in Enterprise Manager, right click Jobs and select New Job. The rest is pretty simple.

need to make sure the agent service is running on your server. it's a separate service from sql itself.
