Windows server 2003 EE and SQl Standard edition..
Can Standard edition user > 4gb of memory?

Can SQL Standard Edtion ever use AWE ????

According to this SQL Server 2005 Features Comparison chart from Microsoft - SQL/2005 Standard Edition can use the Maxium Memory the OS Supports:

SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition will never use more than 2 GB of memory.
