can any one exemplifiy the Row lock...?

And in which scenario we need to use this?

Row lock is putting lock on single row.

And, generally, you dont need to use it. SQL Server does a pretty good job of maintaining locks. Sometimes, SQL Server escalates rowlocs to Table locks, called Lock escalation, leading to blocking etc. So you have to consider it carefully if you want to impose rowlocks.
