| the service is already automatic, but when starting Windows XP MSDE "asks" to be installed correctly, run setup again and as you can imagine i did so. I can't find the answerplease help meCastrogeneris |

| You'll need to be more specific if you want help.What *exactly* is the error message you get? Are there any entries that would indicate an error in the Event Log? When you install, what exactly are you doing, and what options are you choosing? |

MSDE 2000 won't start after installation...
