Should I be expecting a SQL Team Bulk Mail announcing the "Win Free Software in our Forum Contest" Carnival?
I don't want to be pushy or anything, but I reckon you need to drag them all kicking-and-screaming from the Highways and Byways ...

Well, its a month long opportunity. I can imagine a long line of disappointed people outside your door on 31-November (sorry, using MySQL date function!!) complaining that they didn't have enough notice. Maybe get the next newsletter out sharpish? Or even a one-off-special?
