| Folks:We are having some heavy load on the server and because of which we are experiencing slow response. I ran DBCC SQLPERF (WAITSTATS) and found that the OLEDB (because of link server) connection wait time is very high and the percentage is around 92%. Could it be this reason that we are experiencing slow response and will killing this process improve the performance on the server? ( The reason I am asking about killing is becuase I don't just want to kill and then find this is not a problem).
