It really comes down to your definition of "relevant data". E 12°55'05.25"N 56°04'39.16" |

Why?If you cared about a viable solution, maybe you should explain WHY you are not getting RELEVANT data?It is because you pass EMPTY instead of NULL? Have you checked? You query above should work as is, if you use NULL as value for unused parameter!Don't complain and whine, please let us understand why you think it is not returning relevant data.We are not beginners with this kind of problem. But hey, you come to us for guidance and if you can't take a pointer, we couldn't care less. whoa, settle down. you aren't likely to get much help from anyone in the future with that attitude. besides, Peso has some of the most amazing posts on this whole forum - you'd do well to study them. elsasoft.org |

Coming here all high and mighty and rude and disrespectful is not likely to encourage people to help you.Peso is right. If you can't ask an intelligent question, you can't get an intelligent answer. Even jezamine's answer was a lucky one, as the post says:
I'm guessing
So perhaps people could find it easier to answer if you provided enough information with your question, and when asked for the information you did not provide you weren't rude in response. After all, it wasn't Peso that left out the information in your original question, was it? |

You really do have an attitude problem, don't you. I think you'll find by re-reading the post that Peso's question to you was very relevant. Try thinking about what someone who knows nothing about your situation would read into your post. Ther fact that jezemine guessed the answer was just a bonus to you.Instead of getting stressed when people (who do not get paid for this!) try to help you, think about what they ask you in return. |

I interpret it as the problem was using EMPTY instead of NULL. E 12°55'05.25"N 56°04'39.16" |
