apparently a third party installed biztalk that (somehow) corrupted the synchronus(?) encryption-key (atleast they're getting the blame :-) ). ON-top-of-which my customer generated a new key(?), somehow. And now none of there reports work. From what I've read I can imagine two options a) reset the thing again, and setup the users/config details as they should be b) restore Mondays backup (pre biztalk). |
