I generated a create table script in SQL 2005 and then tried to run it in SQL 2000, but keep getting an error: incorrect syntax near '('

Does anyone see the problem? This was a generated script from 2005.

USE [Public_Data]
GO
/****** Object: Table [dbo].[pdse_conference] Script Date: 12/13/2007 10:57:06 ******/
SET ANSI_NULLS ON
GO
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON
GO
SET ANSI_PADDING ON
GO
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[pdse_conference] (
[Id] [int] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL,
[Firstname] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[Lastname] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[JobTitle] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[SchoolDistrict] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[Address] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[City] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[State] [char](2) NOT NULL,
[Zip] [char](5) NOT NULL,
[Phone] [char](12) NOT NULL,
[Fax] [char](12) NOT NULL,
[Email] [varchar](50) NOT NULL,
[ShirtSize] [varchar](20) NOT NULL,
[ProductsSupported] [varchar](100) NOT NULL,
[TrainingEmphasis] [varchar](20) NOT NULL,
[Comments] [varchar](500) NOT NULL,
CONSTRAINT [PK_pdse_conference] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED
(
[Id] ASC
)
WITH (PAD_INDEX = OFF, STATISTICS_NORECOMPUTE = OFF, IGNORE_DUP_KEY = OFF, ALLOW_ROW_LOCKS = ON, ALLOW_PAGE_LOCKS = ON) ON [PRIMARY]
) ON [PRIMARY]

GO
SET ANSI_PADDING OFF

Disregard, I figured out the problem right after I posted the message. I had to turn the options on to script for 2000.
