| I was wondering if I log into a DB under a reader only account is it a performance gain to call a table via it's full name (DBOwner.TableName) instead of just the table name?-- If I get used to envying others...Those things about my self I pride will slowly fade away.-Stellvia |

| On the contrary, irrespective of how you login, calling an object with its owner name is advised. So SQL Server doesnt have to do the name resolution.Dinakar Nethi************************Life is short. Enjoy it.************************http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/dinakar/ |
