I was wondering if I log into a DB under a reader only account is it a performance gain to call a table via it's full name (DBOwner.TableName) instead of just the table name?

On the contrary, irrespective of how you login, calling an object with its owner name is advised. So SQL Server doesnt have to do the name resolution.
