| hello i am new to sql server 2000.i am one of the user of database and in that user i created store procedures.now i want to create another user and give that user to permission of excute all my proceudres and i also give him privillages such a way that user can also modify my procedures...so can u assist me on that...thanks in advance... |

Give him db_owner?

i can not give him db_owner because than user will have all access and he can drop the tables alsothanks for you suopport....quote:
