Hi everyone,

We use .NET for our consummer website. Recently, we get timeout messages more than ever. We, however, recompile the stored procedure. Somehow the timeout errors are gone.

Note: We didn't make nay change but execute the alter statement for the stored procedure.

Any one knows the reason? many thanks

Sounds like statistics are out of date. How often do you update statistics or rebuild indexes?
