What version of Windows?

Generally though, go to add/remove programs and install windows features.

RickD,
I have another Win2k3 which has the Icon. Went to the install widnows features to compare between these 2 servers and they have the same options checked. Any other ideas.

If I recall correctly SQL Mail in SQL server 2000 Requires you to have a Mapi mail client installed.

Try this. If you have a SQL Mag Account

Looks like its is a Domain account. You would have to know the password. I am not aware of anyway to retrieve passwords out of AD.
