My regional settings are set to the UK on the server and local machine. Does anyone know how to get SSRS displaying dates in DD/MM/YYYY format?

I have googled it, but just can not seem to find the answer.

You can use FormatDateTime function in SSRS or select format from format tab of column properties. Also check whether you have set the language settings of report to English UK.

Thanks, it was the report language.

Is there any way I can default this to UK?

Hmmm, I don't remember seeing it, does it take the regional settings at the time as I think they may have been US?

I dunno, why would I need anything 2 YEARS after i'd asked the question? Suppose it may help others..

Now-a-days almost all the first time posters reply to the very old topics

Howver did you find a solution without using a custom function?
