| I am trying to perform a distributed query however have a situation I haven't dealt with before the linked server I add to do the query is a named instance (DVD_NAS\DOMINO). How would I specify this in a query as in the FROM part in a sql statement. I tried the obvious DVD_NAS\DOMINO.qlsdat.dbo.stmenqry and DVD_NAS.DOMINO.qlsdat.dbo.stmenqry.Both returned errors in the query.Thanks for the help. |
