how can i pass report parameter via URL?

my jump to URL link is:
http://itreportsme096/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fDevelopment%2fhoneylette%2fdetailed+phone+calls


and i want to pass two parameters: billingmonth and phoneno

how can i do that?

append them with &
i.e
http://itreportsme096/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fDevelopment%2fhoneylette%2fdetailed+phone+calls¶m1=param1value¶m2=param2value

my parameter is phoneno... i add in the URL &phoneno=parameters!phoneno.value

its doing nothing.... :(

report viewer treat it as a string...
