my data base(sql server) is installed on server's drive
should Disk defragment is require in server on regural basic

What do you mean by server's drive? Is it Raid or SAN? Not required on regular basis.

Rather defrag tables by rebuild clustered index.

Check the DBCC DBREINDEX in the SQL Books Online
