I got Transaction Deadlocked message as two or more process trying to update the same table at a time. Is there any way to see from log which process were trying to update/Insert a table?

No, it'll simply tell you a process has been chosen as a deadlock victim. You can fire up profiler to watch what's going on and get more detail.

you can also set the 1204 flag and rout it to error log

you can enable traceflag (-T1204) to get info about deadlock and locks and -T3605 to get in error log.
