Cannot create index on
view 'View name ' because the view is not schema bound." What is the
Schema bound ? How can i create the view Schema bound ?

Shema bound means the modifications to base table structures are not permitted. Have a look at books online on description for SCHEMABINDING in CREATE VIEW
