Hi All,
I read this article and tried to Alter view using
CREATE OR REPLACE method.. But it is throwing an Error ?

REPLACE?

In Microsoft SQL Server you simply write

DROP VIEW xyz
CREATE VIEW xyz

or

ALTER VIEW xyz

Did you open Books Online and read about ALTER view at all?
