I need to find the Sqljobs previous history.
Please explain?

In enterprise manager right click on the job and View History.

As Mfemenel mentioned, the View History is probably the way to go. But, if you are trying to access the history via code you need to go to the "sys" tables:

SELECT *
FROM msdb.dbo.sysjobhistory

Keep in mind that sql only saves 1000 history entries by default.
