| if its a datetime field just use select cast(DATEDIFF(ss,StartDate,EndDate)/3600 as varchar(10)) + ':' + cast((DATEDIFF(ss,StartDate,EndDate)%3600)/60 as varchar(10)) + ':' +cast((DATEDIFF(ss,StartDate,EndDate)%3600)%60 as varchar(10)) |
