How to integrate with asp.net?Very Urgent

I have created a report using Business Intelligence Projects.When I compile the project through Business Intelligence Studio its works fine.When i try to deploy the report i am not able to see the report
it is saying

"you are not authorised to view this report".

but i can able to access the reports in the report manager.

But when i integrate with asp.net through report viewer i am getting an error saying that
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I can able to view the tool bar. below the tool bar i am getting this message.

I have metioned the URL and the report path also.but still i can't able integrate with asp.net.

can any one help me the process of to integrate with asp.net after deploying the reports.

Any help in this regard will highly be appreciated.
