Is there good Way to Maintain all the Database Updates/Inserts/ New table additions .. in a file and use that file in all other servers like staging/live.

VSS is probably one of the worst source control programs, although it might be the easiest.

chava_sree, save your changes to a file and then you can connect to your difference environments by passing that file in a sqlcmd batch file.
