| can you explain your situation more? they've deleted the actual .ldf file? (if so, how?) or they truncated it?what recovery do you want? restore the current db without the log file? or you mean you want the logfile data back? (that's not gonna happen by the way)Em |

HI, Thank you for replay, actually my friend deleted .ldf file , when we are create database that time create one file na .ldf file that file space is more than 100 Gb, so he was deleted , so i want to how to use that database again...From Nageswar.---Thanks, Nageswar.V |

| still not entirely clear on what's happened or what you want from your description, but you can attach a database (.mdf) without the .ldf and it will just create a new one.Em |
