| Hi, I am looking for articles that detail new Transact-SQL or new query techniques of MS SQL Server 2005, 2008. I am currently use SQL 2000 and will move to SQL 2005 or 2008, and I am a SQL scripter and want to know such new things in details that are introduced with SQL Server 2005/2008.Thank you in advance. |

| Too many to adequately cover I think. I doubt it would be useful to anyone to try and post them all here. Unless just maybe anecdotes about what new features are used the most / which we like the most now that we have them.new features like pivot, rownumber, (MAX) datatypes.....http://www.microsoft.com/sql/prodinfo/features/default.mspx is probably a good first step-------------Charlie |
