Remove single quote

The thing is the query exce like this:

SELECT UploadID, EditFlag, IsApproved, Remarks, CrtnDT, CrtnBY, MdfdDT, MdfdBY
FROM TBL_EDITVOLUMEDATA
WHERE (UploadID IN ('568, 568, 568, 566, 566, 553, 553'))

becoz the value passing as nvarchar(max)...,

But i like to exe like this:

SELECT UploadID, EditFlag, IsApproved, Remarks, CrtnDT, CrtnBY, MdfdDT, MdfdBY
FROM TBL_EDITVOLUMEDATA
WHERE (UploadID IN (568, 568, 568, 566, 566, 553, 553))

but assigned in table that uploaderid as numeric

so have to remove starting single quote and end single quote...,

How to do that...,
